Thank you for never dropping so got damn far that you ended up buying “30 of powder & 15 of weed” from an undercover officer like DMX! We dont say that enough. Its tough on top! The pressure! It can get to you! And maybe its just me…i’ve never done or sold coke…but is $30 a good amount to buy at one time? Seems like you’d want more…but what do I know….

60% percent good….25% bad…and 15% indifferent…thats how I felt about the 2008 BET Awards, and I’m pretty much ok with that! For 5 hours of BET programming, what else can you really ask for.

Sure we were all let down by less that stellar efforts from Keyshia Cole, Usher, Jeezy, Nelly, and all of their cohorts. But Alicia Keys (aka Light Skinned Thickums!!!) saved the entire show when she brung out SWV, AND EnVogue, AND TLC. 95% of the people that watched the show we mumbling the words to “Weak” like it was 1993 all over again. I pulled out my old baseball jersey and Cross Coloured Jeans just to put me back in my 8th grade frame of mind!

I would also like to thank whoever had the idea with merging Ciara in skin tight pants with water! That’s always a good look to me…and I truly appreciated the effort. You can’t say Viacom isnt opening up the budget for the show.

SixShot TV…you’re reckless and wonderful host Bari the Beautiful….and man do we have alot to talk about this week. And we would be wrong if we didn’t start this week discussing anyone other the…”The R”! Yep…somehow, someway, he was found innocent of ALLLLL the charges! All of them! Not even like an filming without a permit? If that was me, oh I’d be locked up and so would you, but I’m not going to act like I’m really really surprised or offended. I know that’s him, you know that’s him! And if you were “Stepping In The Name of Love” just a few years ago, don’t go turning up your nose at “The R” now.

Congrats definitely have to go out to Lil Wayne for being the first artist in forever to sell over a million album in their debut week. No one can deny we put in alot of work and delivered a quality album. I would like to make a suggestion to all of the people attempting to make their own version of Lil Wayne hit songs….don’t!

Plus we’ll get into rooting for Young Buck, the gifts I received from Swizz Beatz and Javon Walker, another “L” from Nelly, and without a doubt the greatest new video of the week!!!

I get alot of flack from people who truly dont understand why I can tend to get overzealous in praising the accomplishments of my fellow fluesys. What can I say…I’m a proud President! Sue me! But at the same time, I am more than willing to admit when my fellow fluesys….make mistakes. Don’t we all make mistakes. I think so…and want everyone to know that I’m more than willing to discuss when my fellow fluesys bump their heads against the wall.

Karrine “Superhead” Steffans is a Hall of Fame Fluesy! And yes…she has gone absolutely mad. Her and Eddie Winslow are throwing allegations back and forth, and I have no idea whats the truth. Yet…there is a lesson to be learned from them ladies and gentleman! A lesson we can all take with us. Whoring…publicly…will eventually takes its toll on you!

I think we should really all be ashamed of ourselves…because I think we’re to blame for Lil Wayne being high all the time. We havent taxed him enough for having that damn syrup cup with him 24/7. I learned something very important over this past Memorial Day Weekend, after having somehow pulled off going to both Bike Week in Myrtle Beach and Miami over the span of 4 days. Don’t know why I did it, wouldn’t suggest you do it, but I did!

Anyway…I’m happy I get to enjoying the recklessness of my people, because I came away with an important lesson. A lesson…that I am very proud to give back to you, the loyal followers of Bari the Beautiful and Six Shot TV. As the son of a mathematics teacher…the best way I can express it to you is in algebraic form.

This equation is truly the equation of the summer…is 100% infallible…and will guarantee all of you (guys) one memorable summer. People will attempt to take credit for it, but I’m not concerned. Its more important to give back to the world community than to be stingy with my brilliance! So here it goes…

It’s truly amazing the power of MTV. In just two years, there “10 Hottest MC’s” list has become the unquestioned list for who’s truly hot in hip hop. I know that last week, as the President of Local 6969 Fluesy Union…I threw my resounding support behind fellow fluesy Nick Cannon for his sudden nuptial to the Mariah Carey. And that hasn’t change in a week….but….that huge tattoo of “Mariah” he carved into his back….that may not have been the best move. Not to say that there love couldn’t stand the test of time, its just unlikely. And when it ends, that’s going to be a really annoying thing to deal with!
